The opportunity
Direct Lending’s mission is to bridge the credit gap and empower individuals and small business owners to improve their quality of life. We launched our fully digital, Shariah-compliant auto service financing in early 2022 to alleviate the financial burden of unexpected car repair bills for car owners. Since then, we have experienced remarkable growth with over 1,500 car workshops signed up, helping over 10,000 car owners. Our goal is to be the go-to financing platform for the credit underserved, addressing their various financing needs with innovative, need-based financing solutions.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our auto service financing product and future needs-based financing by developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing, a good understanding of fintech solutions, and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of our customers.
What Will You Be Doing
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to build awareness and promote auto service financing and other future needs-based financing products
- Messaging: Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with the target audience, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels
- Content Creation: Coordinate the creation of engaging content and marketing materials to build awareness and promote auto service financing and other future needs-based financing products
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, including working with merchant partners, to drive awareness and sales
- Performance Tracking: Set key performance indicators and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business development and products, to align marketing efforts with business goals
Are You The One
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience. Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong business acumen, data-driven, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Familiar with digital & traditional marketing, content, and social media. Have a strong sense of the latest marketing trends
- Creative, willing to push boundaries, and challenge conventional thinking
- Passion for financial inclusion and making a positive impact on society
