The opportunity
Direct Lending's mission is to make simple, safe & affordable financing accessible to every hard working adult. We are on the lookout for a Senior Credit Analyst & Collection Executive to join our expanding credit & collection team. You will be part of the team that manages the credit risk for the Company's Syariah Compliant Digital Auto Service Financing and Micro Financing portfolio.

What Will You Be Doing
- Perform credit assessment on auto service financing application and follow-up with customers
- Perform collection on financing accounts that are between one and two months overdue
- Continuous identify challenges and opportunities and suggest solutions to grow and improve the business
- Work closely with the data science, product and business development team to provide seamless experience to customers while managing the credit risk of the financing portfolio
Are You The One
- Business-minded with good analytical skills
- Highly organised, attention to detail, persistent. Able to work well under pressure
- Team player with good communication skills
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 2 years experience in credit assessment or collection for personal financing, easy payment scheme or product financing
- Experience in business financing is encouraged to apply
